Setting the stand up and taking it down, organising posters, information material and gifts, mapping out schedules, coordinating the team and always having a friendly smile ready for your guests … a trade fair appearance is stressful enough. You should not have to worry about the right catering on top of it. That is exactly where we come in: at egora we take the entire stand catering off your hands, from the morning coffee to the evening reception — all on time, smooth and completely straightforward for you and your team. No two trade fair days are alike, and that is exactly what we adapt to. Do you need straightforward finger food platters for a stand that runs all day? A high-quality menu with regional ingredients for an invited client reception? You can get the classic coffee and cake break in between from us too. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options go without saying for us, so that all your guests really are well looked after. Just tell us what matters to you and we will reliably take your visitors' wishes and intolerances into account. Thanks to our numerous catering partners in and around Munich, we always know where to find the right food — and we pass their experience and uncompromising quality straight on to you. That way your trade fair catering in Munich adapts flexibly to your schedule — and not the other way round.
