Croissants are airy, flaky French pastries made from laminated dough – a popular classic for breakfast catering and coffee breaks.

egora Catering-Lexikon

Croissants are a popular element in catering. These versatile baked goods are a symbol of French baking and a highlight on any buffet. With their buttery, flaky texture and the option of offering both sweet and savoury varieties, they are ideal for breakfast meetings, brunch and company events.

Versatility and freshness

egora relies on passion, creativity and freshness. The croissants are freshly baked by hand in the traditional French way in our own bakery. Classic buttery croissants are a permanent part of the range, while seasonal creations provide variety. They combine well with salads, pretzels, cakes and cookies to make a varied buffet.

Special variations

The range extends from classics to unique creations:

  • Buttery croissants as a timeless classic
  • Croissants topped with melted cheese
  • Chocolate-coated or sweet-filled varieties
  • The pretzel-butter croissant, which combines the texture of a croissant with the taste of a soft pretzel

Allergens

Croissants contain the main allergens gluten as well as milk and dairy products, which are fundamental to their texture and taste. Due to cross-contamination in the bakery, traces of other allergens such as eggs, soybeans, celery, mustard and sesame seeds may be present. Iodised salt is also used. Information on all ingredients is available on request.

egora offers tailor-made packaging solutions, fast delivery and volume discounts on larger orders. Orders can also be collected in person from the bakery.
