Corporate catering refers to catering for employees and guests in companies and institutions, with the aim of providing a balanced and healthy diet. The offering ranges from the daily provision of high-quality meals in company restaurants to tailor-made catering solutions for canteens. It makes a significant contribution to motivation, productivity and satisfaction.
The focus is on fresh, natural ingredients; convenience products and artificial additives are avoided. Examples include sous-vide dishes, which remain particularly tender thanks to gentle cooking under vacuum, as well as low-fat sauces based on vegetable stock. With over 30 years of experience since 1991, central purchasing processes also create cost advantages that are passed on to customers.
After an analysis of the operational requirements, individual concepts are developed that take into account dietary needs and spatial conditions. Vegetarian, vegan or allergen-free options are just as possible as adapting to tight spaces.
With the cook-and-freeze method, dishes are cooked centrally and immediately chilled or frozen, so that taste and nutrients are preserved. On site, they are regenerated using combi steamers. In this way, even companies with limited space can offer freshly prepared dishes.
With remote catering, dishes are freshly produced every day in a central kitchen and then delivered hot. This solution is particularly suitable for urban areas and tight spatial conditions, guarantees consistent quality and offers a broad variety from main dishes through snacks to monthly specials.
